Taylor Wessing is delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for two awards at this year's Insolvency and Rescue Awards, hosted by Insolvency Today, in recognition of the firm's leading and high profile work in this sector. The Restructuring & Corporate Recovery (RCR) team has been nominated for Insolvency Law firm of the Year and group head Nick Moser has been nominated for the Lawyer of the Year award.
Taylor Wessing's RCR group is a cross-jurisdictional team advising on some of the most complex and high-profile restructurings and insolvencies internationally. They are renowned for their proactive and imaginative approach to finding solutions for clients.
The Insolvency and Rescue Awards is one of the most recognised awards schemes in the insolvency sector. To have been nominated for these two prestigious and competitive categories is recognition of the group's growing profile in the market, following leading work on ground-breaking international cases including Madoff, GP Noble and Targetfollow.
The awards will be judged by a panel of experts from diverse parts of the insolvency industry and the winners will be announced on Wednesday 5 October.
