As the ongoing turmoil across the global economy produces many different kinds of commercial disputes, it is time to take stock of the international dispute resolution scene and identify preferred jurisdictions and methods for resolving disputes.

Taylor Wessing has therefore created an opinion-based survey aimed at stimulating debate in relation to the many relevant issues to be considered in the context of global dispute resolution.
