Taylor Wessing is pleased to announce another accolade for the firm, which came recently in the form of the Insolvency Lawyer of the Year award, won by Nick Moser at the Insolvency & Rescue Awards 2011. The Insolvency & Rescue Awards, now in their fourth year, are widely regarded by the industry as the most prestigious awards scheme in the insolvency and rescue sectors
. Congratulations should also go to the whole Restructuring & Corporate Recovery team, which was shortlisted for the Insolvency Law Firm of the Year award.

Nick Moser heads Taylor Wessing's RCR team and  has extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring, and in advising pension schemes on insolvency matters.  He is also currently leading the bankruptcy team advising the trustee of the Madoff estate on cross-border insolvency claims arising out of the the largest ever fraud, pursuing claims to recover over $20bn.

Taylor Wessing's RCR team is a cross-jurisdictional group advising on some of the most complex and high-profile restructurings and insolvencies internationally.
