Taylor Wessing LLP acts on high profile move for Howden Insurance Brokers Limited
Taylor Wessing's insurance group has recently acted on behalf of Howden Insurance Brokers Limited in connection with the high profile move by Benfield Corporate Risk’s US Wholesale Property Casualty unit to Howden. The move was made on the verge of Aon completing its £844 million takeover of Benfield Group Limited.
The Taylor Wessing team advising Howden was led by partner Peter Kempe (Financial Institutions and Markets) and included Jonathan Rogers advising on regulatory issues, Martin Yells on finance and banking matters and Rowena Kay in respect of employment issues.
