Taylor Wessing is helping Crisis to send homeless people a message of hope this Christmas
Taylor Wessing's participation in the Christmas Card Challenge will help Crisis, the national homelessness charity, open doors for homeless people this year.
Taylor Wessing is once again conveying season’s greetings to their clients and contacts through a double page advertisement donated by the Financial Times and coordinated by Crisis, thus enabling the firm to donate its entire Christmas card budget to Crisis. Last year, this campaign raised over £800,000 for homeless people throughout the UK, which helped Crisis provide its year-round services. The firm hopes that, this year, even more will be raised.
Crisis works year-round across the UK helping the homeless fulfill their potential and transform their lives, as well as running a number of innovative services that help them rebuild their social and practical skills, join the world of work and reintegrate into society.
Michael Frawley, Taylor Wessing's UK Managing Partner, says: "We are very pleased to once again be involved with Crisis' Christmas Card Challenge. The work Crisis does makes a real difference to huge numbers of homeless people on Britain's streetsand is in keeping with Taylor Wessing's aim to support some of the key charities in the jurisdictions in which it operates and the community at large."
Leslie Morphy, Crisis Chief Executive, comments: "I am delighted to see Taylor Wessing joining us to open doors for homeless people this Christmas. This is the Campaign’s 12th year and, as in previous years, has proved to be a hugely effective way of raising vital money to support homeless people as well as helping businesses to deliver a more lasting message to their customers and staff. Thank you for all of your support in helping us to rebuild the lives of over 8,000 homeless people this year."

About Crisis
Crisis is the national charity for solitary homeless people and works year-round across the UK helping people fulfill their potential and transform their lives. Crisis helps rebuild the lives of homeless people by helping those trapped in the cycle of homelessness and raising awareness of their plight. The charity estimates that there are around 380,000 hidden homeless people in Britain, living in B&Bs, hostels, squats and on friends’ floors.
The Crisis Christmas Card Challenge enables companies to donate their corporate greetings card budgets to Crisis and send their season’s greetings via an FT advert and an eCard.
