Taylor Wessing expands equity capital markets practice with the hire of Tandeep Minhas

International law firm Taylor Wessing has hired partner Tandeep Minhas to join the Financial Institutions and Markets group.

Tandeep was previously a corporate partner at S J Berwin. Her expertise includes all aspects of corporate finance M&A work, including public takeovers, fundraisings and IPOs, company and business acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and reorganisations. She has specialist knowledge of the public markets in the UK and has advised on numerous flotations and secondary fundraisings on both the Official List and AIM, acting for companies and corporate finance/broking houses, nomads and sponsors.

At Taylor Wessing Tandeep will form part of the deal execution group within the Financial Institutions and Markets practice, working closely with partners Tim Stocks, Robert Fenner and Will Belcher. Tandeep’s arrival brings the total partner numbers in the UK group to eight. Six of these specialise in capital markets work, whilst two specialise in financial services advisory matters.
