Taylor Wessing expands Construction practice with new partner hire

International law firm Taylor Wessing is delighted to announce the hire of David Quinlan, who joins the Construction and Engineering practice from Matheson Ormsby Prentice in Dublin, where he was a partner in the Projects, Energy and Construction Group. 

David has extensive experience across the construction and engineering sectors. He also specialises in both domestic and international infrastructure projects and project finance (including PFI/PPP) across a wide variety of infrastructure sectors.

David has been recognised as a leader in his field by both Legal 500 and Chambers. His previous firms include Clifford Chance and White & Case.
