Taylor Wessing expands construction group in Dubai with hire of partner Mark Fraser

Taylor Wessing (Middle East) LLP has announced the appointment of Mark Fraser, who will join the Firm's Dubai office as a Partner in the construction group in May. He is currently a Partner at Hammonds.

Mark specialises in contentious and non-contentious construction law, arbitration and insurance.  Amongst the Clients he represents are contractors, developers, professionals, funders and insurers. During his career, Mark has acted on cases across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Taylor Wessing (Middle East) launched in early 2008 after merging with its long-standing associated Dubai law firm, Key & Dixon.  The construction group provides end to end legal support from the contract formulation stage through the construction phase on large scale development and infrastructure projects.
