Taylor Wessing engaged to advise Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant (Lithuania) on its decommisssioning

International law firm Taylor Wessing has been engaged to represent the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant in Lithuania in connection with its decommissioning following an open tender.

The ongoing project will include an assessment of the implementation of main INPP decommissioning projects B1 (Interim Spent Fuel Storage Facility) and B2/3/4 (Solid Waste Management and Storage Facilities) and the provision of related consulting services.

Taylor Wessing will submit the assessment results of B1 and B234 project contracts by the end of September, in order to ensure appropriate and timely implementation of the projects.

The Taylor Wessing team will be led by partners Laurence Cobb, Neil White and Dominic Fitzpatrick.
