Taylor Wessing boosts Finance team with Dundas & Wilson partner hire

International law firm Taylor Wessing has grown its Finance team with the hire of Ross Caldwell from Dundas & Wilson.

Ross, who is a partner and member of the Corporate Banking team at Dundas & Wilson, specialises in real estate finance, acquisition/leveraged finance, oil and gas reserves finance and derivatives. Described by clients as "a great negotiator in getting our aim across" [Chambers 2011], he has a strong banking and financial institution client base and has significant expertise across a broad spectrum of finance work.
