Taylor Wessing boosts commercial disputes capability with three new partner hires
Taylor Wessing is delighted to announce the arrival of three new partners to its growing Commercial Disputes group. Tim Strong, Julian Randall and Andrew Howell have joined from Barlow Lyde & Gilbert. Tim was head of the Financial Services group, whilst Julian headed up the Commercial Disputes practice. Andrew was a partner in the Commercial Litigation and Arbitration group and led the Accountants Liability team at BLG. They are joined by a team of three associates, Sophie Cubbon, Rowena Lewis and Stuart Broom.
Taylor Wessing's Commercial Disputes team sits within the firm's wider group of 104 partners and more than 200 lawyers conducting litigation across 13 offices internationally.
Taylor Wessing's UK Head of Commercial Disputes, Richard Marsh, comments:
"Our new hires have a proven track record in claims against accountants, financial services disputes and regulatory matters, as well as more general commercial disputes. Their appointments augment Taylor Wessing's strength and depth in this area and build on an already successful year for the group. We are delighted to have secured three such high profile litigators as part of the firm's strategy to grow the commercial and financial disputes team. They have brought with them a range of high quality institutional clients within the industry groups on which we particularly focus as a firm."
