- Advised Telephonetics Interactive Voice Systems Limited on going public by means of a reverse takeover of Leptis Magna plc, an AIM listed company now renamed Telephonetics Plc together with a placing of new and existing shares. The acquisition was valued at approximately £16.15 million and the placing raised £2.6 million.

Telephonetics is a UK based telecommunications company that develops and commercialises advanced speech recognition applications.
