Taylor Wessing advises Trigenix on its $36 million sale to Qualcomm Incorporated

Taylor Wessing advises Cambridge based, mobile user interface leader, Trigenix on its $36 million sale to US based, Qualcomm Incorporated.

The acquisition provides Qualcomm with Trigenix's development technologies, products and tools and extends Qualcomm's commitment to the European wireless community. Qualcomm's acquisition of Trigenix marks a significant next step in the company's efforts to bring enhanced 3G wireless data services to Europe and illustrates Qualcomm Incorporated are a world leader of digital wireless technology.
