Taylor Wessing advises Trampoline Systems on its £3 million financing round, the first enterprise software developer of its kind to receive major investor backing
Taylor Wessing advised Trampoline Systems, a London-based enterprise software start-up, on its £3 million financing round from entitites affiliated with the Tudor Group. The deal completed on 13 March.
Trampoline is part of a new generation of enterprise software dubbed “Enterprise 2.0”, and is the first European software developer of its kind to receive major investor backing.
Trampoline's revolutionary, research-based approach to information management links business software technology design and function with social behaviour. This investment will enable Trampoline to increase its sales operations, intensify R&D and establish a strategic presence in North America.
