Taylor Wessing advises Telephonetics on its acquisition of Eden Origin Limited
European law firm Taylor Wessing has advised Telephonetics, the UK's leading provider of voice automation solutions, on its acquisition of Eden Origin Limited for a consideration of up to £3.7 million.
Eden Origin Limited is a specialist provider of codeless Enterprise Application Integration, Business Process Management and Mashup solutions. The acquisition merges two very complimentary technologies that have the potential to transform clients' efficiency, both at the business process level and in their day-to-day interaction with customers. It also serves to strengthen Telephonetics' position as a leading provider of solutions that automate and enhance customer interactions and reduce customer costs.
The Taylor Wessing team, overseen by financial institutions partner Peter Kempe, was led by corporate associates Pascoe Simpson and Kathryn Tarbutt and assisted by IT specialist Graham Hann, Tax expert Rob Young, as well as Ian Clarke, Kosta Zujic, Grant Wellcome, Rowena Kay, Cosima Lamb and Christos Charalambous.
