Taylor Wessing advises Tech Data on acquisition of distribution business of Man and Machine
Tech Data entered into an agreement to acquire the Value Added Distribution business of Man and Machine in Germany, UK, France, Italy, Switzerland, the Benelux, Poland and Romania. Taylor Wessing together with its European partner firms advised Tech Data on the acquisition. The transaction was structured as an asset deal and is subject to the merger control clearance of the EU Commission.

The volume of the transaction amounts to EUR 25 million.
