Taylor Wessing advises Prime Commercial Properties on the sale of the Billstedt-Center

International law firm Taylor Wessing has advised Prime Commercial Properties (PCP) on the recent sale of the Billstedt-Center in Hamburg to shopping centre investor Deutsche EuroShop.  The investment volume amounts to more than €160 million.

The Billstedt-Center includes selling space of about 40 000 sqm on two levels with 110 shops, all let to renowned retailers. The complex also comprises a 3500 sqm residential and office space as well as parking for 1500 cars.
