Taylor Wessing advises on new financing to enhance novel stent technology
The venture capital and life sciences groups at industry leading law firm, Taylor Wessing LLP, have advised new client, Seroba Kernel Life Sciences, on its Series A equity financing in Veryan Holdings Limited, a developer of novel stent technology.
Seroba Kernal, a European life sciences venture capital firm, led the €4 million funding round, with other investors including Imperial Innovations, Oxford Capital Partners and NESTA. The funds will be used to finance further development activities and a pivotal clinical trial designed to demonstrate the clinical benefit of Veryan's stent technology.
