Taylor Wessing advises on Alternext IPO of the Chinese company Photovoltaïc Group
Taylor Wessing's stock exchange regulatory department has just advised the Chinese company, China Photovoltaïc Group (CNPV) (registered in Luxembourg), on its listing on Alternext of NYSE Euronext Paris.
The listing took place on 14 August 2008 by means of a private investment.
Created in April 2006, CNPV specialises in the production, installation and integration of PV modules for solar panels. It currently exports 70% of its production, mainly to Germany and Spain, a figure which is expected to increase to 90% in the near furture.
Alain de Foucaud, partner in Taylor Wessing's Paris office, led the team advising on this listing. The team included Jérôme Lemercier, Frederick Levy and Ya-Son Lin.
