Taylor Wessing advises on £4 million cleantech fundraising
A team from Taylor Wessing LLP has advised Entrepreneurs Fund LLP on their £4 million series A fundraising in VAIREX international limited, the newly established UK parent company of VAIREX corporation.
Entrepreneurs Fund provides early stage and growth financing alongside active support to entrepreneurial teams internationally. Its current areas of investment focus are Life-sciences, Water, Materials and Automotive Technology.
VAIREX is a well-known manufacturer of advanced air management systems for the diesel emission control and fuel cell industries, whose systems deliver clean air in hydrogen fuel cell and diesel emissions control devices. The company is headquartered in Cambridge, allowing it to capitalise on the commercial development opportunities available in a region regarded as a hotbed for high-tech and cleantech companies.
