Taylor Wessing advises nlyte Software Limited on US$12m funding round
European law firm Taylor Wessing has advised nlyte Software Limited, a leading provider of data center infrastructure management (DCIM) solutions, on its successful $12 million Series C funding round. Led by NGEN Partners, the new capital will be used for expansion of operations, acceleration of product development, strengthening of the partner ecosystem and the continued attraction of world class talent. Existing investors Balderton Capital, Ruffer LLP and Montalcino Holdings also participated in the round.
nlyte Software’s DCIM solution helps data center and facilities managers optimize physical capacity including power, cooling and space. It is the most complete solution for DCIM and provides customers with the information needed to make intelligent capacity planning decisions that can result in up to a 20% annual reduction in data center operating expenses, a 50% reduction in the time to deploy new assets, extending data center life by up to 75%, and helping attain a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) rating of 2.0 or less.
