Taylor Wessing advises JMH Lifestyle Ltd on acquisition of luxury tailoring business
Taylor Wessing LLP has advised JMH Lifestyle Limited on the acquisition of KFS Group Limited and its subsidiaries for an undisclosed sum.
KFS operates the Kilgour men's tailoring business in Savile Row London, which predominantly specialises in bespoke suits and luxury garments.
JMH Lifestyle, based in London, has been specifically set up to acquire and develop brands in the luxury sector. Its targets will be businesses that operate in a wide-ranging sphere of activities, yet have a shared strategic paradigm, thereby creating synergies and access between brands and their consumers.
