Taylor Wessing advises Huawei Technologies on its Global Framework Agreement (GFA) for Network Infrastructure with Vodafone

Taylor Wessing has advised Huawei Technologies (UK) - a wholly owned subsidiary of Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd., one of the leading Chinese players in the global telecom market and servicing 22 of world's top 50 operators - on its Global Framework Agreement and Service Level Agreement for Network Infrastructure with Vodafone.

The agreement has firmly established Huawei as the approved partner of Vodafone Group.  It is a significant achievement for Huawei and was signed on 9 November by Mr Ren (President of Huawei) and Thomas Geitner (Vodafone Global CTO).
