Taylor Wessing advises Hilton Food Group plc on its Official List flotation
Taylor Wessing advised Hilton Food Group plc on the admission of its shares to the Official List of the Financial Services Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, together with a placing of existing shares by Hilton shareholders, resulting in gross proceeds to the shareholders of approximately £52 million.
Hilton is a leading specialist meat packing business supplying major international food retailers from facilities in the UK, the Netherlands, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and Sweden.
Hilton's market capitalisation on admission was approximately £104 million, and the transaction included a pre-flotation re-organisation of Hilton's shareholder base. Admission took place on 17 May 2007.
