Taylor Wessing advises Flexible Management Systems on the €18.5 million sale of its subsidiary, ACTIS.BSP, a leading provider of core banking and securities solutions

Taylor Wessing advised Flexible Management Systems Limited ("FMS") on the €18.5 million (US$19 million) sale of its fully owned subsidiary, ACTIS.BSP, to the Temenos Group, a leading worldwide provider for banking systems.

The transaction, which completed on Friday 9 March 2007, will provide Temenos with an effective route to market in Germany and will contribute approximately US$20 million of revenues over the next 12 months.

Corporate Partner Simon Walker led a team advising FMS that comprised Corporate Associate, Siân Skelton and Finance & Projects Associate, Sam Hogrefe.

FMS was advised in the UK by Taylor Wessing and in Germany by its solicitors Schwarz Kelwing Wicke Westpfahl. Temenos was advised in the UK by Laytons and in Germany by Büsing, Müffelmann & Theye.
