Taylor Wessing advises Eurogerm on Spanish acquisition

Eurogerm, the French leader in ingredients and technological aids (research, development, blending and marketing of flour improvement ingredients), has recently acquired a 100% stake in its Spanish counterpart, the LEAG Group. This acquisition boosts Eurogerm’s leadership not only in Europe, but also on an international scale. 

Taylor Wessing advised Eurogerm on its listing on the Alternext of Paris, Euronext, in April 2007.  Further to the acquisition, Eurogerm can now implement its external growth strategy announced during its listing on the French Stock Exchange, given that all the levers necessary for speeding up its development and carrying out a first operation are now at its disposal.  This will lead to an increase in the creation of value for its shareholders.
