Taylor Wessing advises Advent Venture Partners and Scottish Equity Partners on their investment of up to £8 million in Rhytec Limited, a newly formed company spun out of Gyrus Group PLC.

Taylor Wessing advises Advent Venture Partners and Scottish Equity Partners on their investment of up to £8 million in Rhytec Limited, a newly formed company spun out of Gyrus Group PLC.

Rhytec, which has been set up by Dr Mark Goble, a founder of Gyrus, will focus on opportunities in the field of dermatological surgery.
