Taylor Wessing advised on the sale of Designer Servers Ltd to Business Serve Plc

Taylor Wessing advised the shareholders of Designer Servers Ltd on the sale of the company to AIM-listed Business Serve Plc, an internet service provider, for a total consideration of £1.83 million.  This comprised £1.65 million in cash and £100,000 of ordinary shares of 1p each in Business Serve and the payment of £125,000 to certain shareholders.
