Taylor Wessing acts on £5 million acquisition by Portrait Software plc of Million Handshakes A.S.
Taylor Wessing LLP has acted for AIM quoted Portrait Software plc, a leading provider of customer interaction optimization software, on its acquisition of Million Handshakes A/S, a Norway-based provider of outbound campaign management and dialogue marketing software.
The acquisition completes the Portrait Group's marketing application suite, which now delivers intelligent dialogue for inbound and outbound communications across all customer channels.
The consideration for the transaction was the issue of shares in Portrait issued in three tranches representing an aggregate value of up to approximately £5million, subject to the achievement of sale revenue targets attributable to Million Handshakes' products and services.
