Taylor Wessing acts for Kew Green Hotels on its conversion of 11 Courtyard by Marriott Hotels to Holiday Inns and the new Courtyard by Marriott London Gatwick Airport
Taylor Wessing acted for Kew Green Hotels on the conversion of 11 Courtyard by Marriott Hotels into Holiday Inns. The re-branding is due to take effect on 31 April 2007 and the 11 new Holiday Inns will be operated under 20 year Licence Agreements with InterContinental Hotels Group plc.
Taylor Wessing also acted for Kew Green Hotels on a long term Franchise Agreement with Marriott International for the new Courtyard by Marriott London Gatwick Airport. The hotel is due to open in 2008 with 218 rooms and is located within easy reach of the airport's South Terminal.
Head of the Hotel Group, Richard Bursby, together with Andrew Smith, Neil White and associates Carolyn Dean, Paul Smith and William Stuart-Lee represented Kew Green Hotels.
