Taylor Wessing acts for fully listed client Marchpole on acquisition of Greenmark
Taylor Wessing is acting for Marchpole Holdings plc (LSE: MPH), the fast growing fashion brand management group, on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of major shoe importer and wholesaler, Greenmark Limited, for a consideration of £3 million subject to adjustment.
Due to its size in relation to Marchpole, the acquisition is a Class 1 transaction for Marchpole under the Listing Rules and is therefore conditional, inter alia, on the approval of the shareholders of Marchpole at an extraordinary general meeting.
