Dubai will download… and share with impunity. So much so, "sharing" has become the most reviled word in the lexicon for the region’s music, movie and software businesses. And they have just cause.
File sharing of downloaded movies has supplanted Chinese bag ladies as the biggest threat to DVD sales here. Much the same havoc is being wreaked in music CD sales as well by broadband.
