The Court of Justice of the European Union has ruled on the references made to it by the English High Court in relation to the use of trade marks as keywords for online advertising. - Government outlines likely scope of new Communications Act
Culture Secretary Jeremy Hunt gave a speech at the Royal Television Conference outlining the areas which the new Communications Act is likely to focus on.
