The latest update from the Public and Regulatory Law Group aims to provide an overview of some of the key developments in this area over the last few months. This has been a period of change, with both the implementation of the Independent Safeguarding Authority's barring and vetting scheme and the first sitting of the new Supreme Court. We pick up on both these themes below as well as the OGC's guidance on the application of procurement rules to development agreements.
