This short briefing provides you with a concise selection of cases from previous months.  The theme for this update is the onward march of the Human Rights Act (HRA) both outside the UK and into areas that might be thought of as the domain of private law.  It is safe to say that the cases show we live in interesting times and it is wise to always give some thought to the potential for an HRA angle.  In addition, we have included a very recent Freedom of Information case given the rarity of Court guidance in this area.
