No ban on stem cell patents in Europe?

Last week's decision from the Enlarged Board of Appeal (EBA) of the European Patent Office (EPO) in the now infamous WARF case casts doubt on the patenting of inventions relating to human embryonic stem cells in Europe. In fact, the decision raises far more questions than it answers.
