New Partner joins Taylor Wessing's Corporate practice

Taylor Wessing announces the appointment of new partner, Howard Palmer, who joins the Corporate practice in London.

Howard joins from Olswang, where he has been a partner since 1999.  Howard has extensive corporate experience, with particular expertise in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and private placings.  He has worked predominantly with clients operating in the technology and life sciences industries.
