New Partner for Taylor Wessing's Private Client and Tax Practice Group
Taylor Wessing LLP in London is delighted to announce the appointment of Steven Kempster, who joins the firm as a Partner within the Private Client Practice Group.
Steven joins Taylor Wessing from Herbert Smith, where he was a senior associate and has been practising in the private client field since 2000. His particular specialism is handling major contentious trusts and estates matters in the UK and offshore jurisdictions, which is an area of private client work that is increasingly active at present. Steven is also rated in Chambers and Legal 500 for his work on personal tax, trusts, probate and charities matters. His appointment will ensure that Taylor Wessing continues to provide a complete service to the firm's existing high net-worth individual and trust company client base, while also attracting new work in the growing trusts and estates litigation field.
