Hotels Group successfully advise BDL Management Ltd on the signing of a management contract for The Grand Jersey

Taylor Wessing's Hotels Group has successfully advised BDL Management Limited on the signing of a management contract for The Grand Jersey.  The hotel will continue to trade under The Grand Jersey name and all 120 employees will be retained. The management contract was drafted and negotiated by Richard Bursby and senior associate Paul Smith.
