Gagging bid thrown out

A German doctor who killed the Cambridgeshire pensioner David Gray with an overdose of a painkiller has lost his bid to gag Mr Gray's two sons. Dr Daniel Ubani sought the injunction after he was confronted by Stuart and Rory Gray at a medical conference in Germany. They've welcomed today's decision by a German court.
