FSA's latest post-Aon findings; anti-bribery and corruption controls for insurance brokers

Following up on the £5.25m fine it imposed on Aon in January this year for failure to manage anti-bribery and corruption risks adequately, the FSA has conducted a thematic review across the commercial insurance broker industry to establish whether the weaknesses it found are more widespread.
