Shane Gleghorn and Paul Glass have contributed an article to Financier Worldwide's Fraud and White-collar Crime Global Reference Guide.  The article looks at the FSA's actions in trying to build up a "credible deterrence", the scope for the FSA to expand investigations into an employee into an investigation into the employer in relation to potential systems and controls failures and information sharing between the FSA and SEC.
