EU Privacy Update - EU Standard clauses for transfer of personal data to non-EU data processors replaced

The EU privacy rules place restrictions on the ability of organisations to send personal data out of Europe. The European Union has issued a number of template agreements which provide one way of transferring personal data legally. The template agreement designed for transfers to ‘data processors’ outside the EU (typically service providers of some kind) has been replaced.
