ECJ deals blow to cross-border injunctions

Two significant judgments of the European Court of Justice give on 13 July 2006 (Roche v Primus and GAT v LuK) have removed the principal legal basis on which courts, in particular those in the Netherlands, have granted cross-border injunctions.
