Orders for the Production of documents and giving of oral testimony

Depositions of witnesses and the production of documents to support US proceedings can be undertaken in England & Wales either voluntarily (by agreement of the witness) or by subpoena by Order of the High Court in London. We have extensive experience of both and are fully aware of the requirements of the US Court. We offer an efficient and cost effective service, often at short notice, and have good relationships with local and national Court transcribers to enable
depositions to be undertaken across the country. We can also make available in our London office a video-conference suite to avoid the need for US attorneys to travel to the UK should it be agreed for a voluntary deposition to be undertaken in this way.
