Corporate Update - October 2009: Premium and Standard Listings
6 October saw the first step in move to premium and standard listings.

On 6 April 2010, a transformation of the Official List will be complete, when primary and secondary listings will effectively be re-branded as 'premium' and 'standard'.
As an interim step, from 6 October 2009, UK companies will join overseas companies in being able to opt for a secondary listing instead of a primary one, even if they do not have a primary listing elsewhere.
