Award winners: Taylor Wessing named law firm of the year for Succession Private Wealth Trusts

Taylor Wessing has been named law firm of the Year 2009/2010 for Succession/ Private Wealth /Trusts. The jury of JUVE editors honoured in particular the firm’s successful representation of entrepreneurs and their families who own or control family businesses with substantial assets.  Shareholders of notable and internationally operating family owned businesses and publicly listed companies entrusted the Private Client team, led by Dr. Michael Sommer, with numerous major cases.

The prize is awarded by JUVE in October each year. The jury’s assessment of a law firm takes into account the ratings given by both in-house counsel and commercial lawyers.
