Youssef Ezzeddine – Associate

Youssef practices general corporate and commercial law including advising clients on the formation of companies in Dubai and the Free Zones, general commercial contracts, asset and share purchase transactions.

Youssef studied law at Beirut Arab University, Beirut, Lebanon and is a member of the Lebanese Bar, Beirut.  He completed his training and practiced for 3 additional years with a Lebanese law firm, where he focused on corporate, commercial and real estate matters.  Prior to law school, Youssef spent several years as a Corporate Legal Assistant.
