Wolfgang advises clients on the legal issues concerning partnerships and corporate entities and on any associated tax issues. Wolfgang structures closed-end investment funds including funds providing tax benefits to investors. He furthermore has long-standing experience in the field of leasing transactions both in Germany and at cross-border level. As far as tax issues are concerned, Wolfgang specialises in issues of international taxation.
He took the second legal state exam in 1968 and the tax consultancy exam in 1973. Between 1976 and 1981 Wolfgang was group taxation counsel with LINDE AG in Wiesbaden.
Wolfgang, a native German speaker, is an appointed and duly sworn translator for the English language.
