Vikki is special counsel in the Employment and Pensions department and specialises in both employment and immigration law. She has expertise in advising national and international businesses on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious, including redundancies, negotiation of executive packages, employee terminations, commercial transactions, and advising on all day to day employment issues. Vikki specialises in advising companies and insolvency practioners on employment matters in insolvency situations.

Vikki advises all sizes of corporate and individual clients on varied immigration issues including the recruitment and transfer of foreign nationals, company registration with the UK Border Agency, intercompany and advertising Tier 2 applications, Tier 1 ("highly skilled migrant visas"), investor visas, sole representatives applications, indefinite leave to remain and nationality applications. She has extensive experience of working with the Home Office and UK Border Agency and is a member of ILPA.

Vikki has written articles for publication, including Workplace Law, HR Director and Graduate Recruiter. She has spoken at both internal and external conferences covering a wide variety of topics including disciplinary issues, changes in the law, and developments in the immigration systems.
